Modern Slavery Statement

DCI Modern Slavery Statement

The board of DCI care (the company) is fully committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its activities and seeks to ensure that its supply chains are free from both. The company’s activities take place in the United Kingdom. The company’s supply chain does include some purchasing of goods and services from other countries, but most of its suppliers are based in the United Kingdom. However, the board recognises the importance of ensuring all staff and its suppliers are aware that it will not tolerate slavery in any of its supply chains. All suppliers to the company are expected to sign a tailored Supplier Code of Conduct issued by DCI care. The policy for all staff and the training programme for senior staff, as well as those involved in the recruitment of personnel and appointment and monitoring of suppliers, are reviewed annually.  This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the company’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2019.  This statement has been approved by the Board, who will review and update it annually.
